Raw Food Workshops & Cookery Classes
August 28th sees the launch of Dragonfly's 'Raw food workshops & cookery classes' hosted by Orrin Leeb, our head chef. The course begins with a comprehensive introduction to raw food and its health benefits, with nutritional research revealed and practical advice on setting up a raw kitchen.
